Error: Call to undefined function \experience_builder_system_info_alter

I've tested this on Drupal 10.4.0-rc1 and php 8.3 as these are the module's requirement, and then the module is enabling perfectly.

experience_builder_system_info_alter() was removed in 📌 Introduce the `xb_stark` theme that uses the Semi-Coupled theme engine, removes the need for taking over the Twig theme engine for the whole site Active so I am not sure what the problem was but I think we can safely close this.
