Updating the title per Special issue titles → . Typically, test issues are assigned to the individual, so you may want to change that.

Test issues are not bugs, changing status to 'Task'.

I also meant to change this to 11.x. Even though this is a test issue, it helps with issue queue management if the version is 11.x.

There was not a bug here so there isn't anything to 'not fix'. I think 'works as designed' makes more sense.
