Add Support for First-Party Cookies

Problem/Motivation

Eloqua offers support for first-party cookies, but this module does not have a way to enter an associated cookie domain.

Proposed resolution

Add an admin field for first-party cookie domain
Add _elqQ.push(['elqUseFirstPartyCookie value', value])

Remaining tasks

This has added functionality working in our production environment for years, but no patch was ever created. The lack of a patch was discovered when updating to 7.x-1.15.

User interface changes

Addition of a "First party cookie" field to the Eloqua admin page between "Site Identifier" and "Batch Size"
Add help text of "The Eloqua first-party cookies for this web site. Do not include angle brackets <>."
