Events view is missing No results behavior

Problem/Motivation

If you examine Blog and News views, they have "No results behavior" set to something like "There are no blog posts yet." or "There are no news items yet.". The events recipe added Events view, but this view is missing the "No results behavior" text.

It is convenient for user to know the information, that there is no content and the page is empty for a reason (not due to an error).

I suggest to add the "No results behavior" text to Event view.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal CMS with Events recipe and News recipe.
Go to /events page and see that there is no message, only empty page.
Go to /news page and see that there is a message that no content exists yet.

Proposed resolution

Add a "No results behavior" text to Event view - something like "

There are no events yet.

".
