Set Unstructured and Simple Crawler optional in AI Agents Form

Problem/Motivation

Currently we require Simple Crawler or Unstructured in the Content Type Generation Form, so you can create Content Type and Fields from a lot of different sources (CSV, Excel, Word, E-Mail, Website, PDF etc.)

We should make this optional, so you see different form fields depending on what you have installed and if nothing is installed, you can at least do it with a prompt.

Make the form adapt to the services that exist.
