Offering to co-maintain Insert module

Thank you for your offer. I'm very fine adding co-maintainers making substantial contributions to the project.

There was co-maintainership at some point in the past which, back then, had lead to some degradation of code quality as well as scope creep. Therefore, I'm cautious on adding additional maintainers for the time being, though I would very much like to share responsibilities.

As of now, though I am not here on a daily basis, I will still be able to review and merge patches. From my perspective, co-maintainership will be more of a topic whenever there is need for another larger rewrite of the module like it had to be done for porting it to CKEditor 5.

I have not yet looked into changes required for Drupal 11 in addition to #3491913 📌 Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for insert Active . What more is there to do beyond that?
