I found it looking for a solution to automatically re-send account activation emails, if users never confirmed their email address. If I get the functionality of your module right, it already covers a similar, but not the same issue, so I think a bit separate functionality would be needed:
If a user account has not been activated yet, send a reminder email containing the activation link after X days and send another one after Y days (if enabled).
Maybe if the user still does not enable the account, offer to disable the account or delete it or set a certain role?
