Storage name is not given back when it has to change on fields

Problem/Motivation

If for instance and field with data name field_image and type image exists on the node storage, because on node type is using it and you ask to generate another one with the exact same name but with type media, the storage knows about this and generates some uniqueness to the data name.

This is not given back to the field config, that uses the other field storage, thus leading to a broken config compared to storage.

Proposed resolution

Use the new storage always.
