To be slightly better at testing Commerce compatibility with current and previous major version let's enable the optional variable
OPT_IN_TEST_PREVIOUS_MAJOR: '1'
At the moment of writing this message, 11.0 is the current stable release of Drupal Core. 11.1 is the next minor. Setting OPT_IN_TEST_PREVIOUS_MAJOR would make tests also run against 10.3 until Drupal 12 is released.
