Problem/Motivation

After using widget from https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_reference_tree → appeared

Warning: Undefined array key "dependent_fields_view" in dependent_fields_field_widget_single_element_form_alter() (line 58 of modules/contrib/dependent_fields/dependent_fields.module).

Steps to reproduce

1. Select entity_reference_tree widget for referenced field.
2. Goto form with this field.

Proposed resolution

Add condition to dependent_fields.module
