Show salesforce field name alongside field label

Problem/Motivation

On several projects I've ran into scenarios where the Salesforce system was set up with similar sounding field names, e.g. "State", "State/Province", "Mailing: State", etc.

Steps to reproduce

Create a field mapping.

Proposed resolution

Show the SF field name beside the field label, e.g. "State (State__c)" where the label is "State" and the name is "State__c".

Remaining tasks

Provide a MR with the requested changes.

User interface changes

When mapping Drupal entities to SF records, the SF field selector will show the SF field name alongside its field label.
