Issue related to the work setting up the event and finding a suitable venue. Steps included:

• Researching venues in Berlin
• Visiting selection of venues in Berlin and requesting offerings
• Creating a calculation for the financials
• Exchange with venue representative before, during and after the event
• Setting up the plan for the conduction of the event
• Organizing catering for the event
• Organizing technical equipment for the session rooms and session recordings
• Renting necessary items and equipment for the event
• Applying venue related and legal restrictions to the event format
