Set good labels and descriptions for media

Went ahead and updated the label for the SVG image Media field.

Adjusting tags, title, and credit; finally assigning to @tonypaulbarker to sign off.

The format matches the other media types. What distinguishes the svg_image from a regular file upload is that it uses svg_image module to sanitise and to provide an option to display it as an image. We have some preconfigured view modes but it could be extended and used in various unknown ways. It would be nice to find a way to convey the difference whilst being precise about the part the media entity itself is playing. We want to keep a short description so it is easy to understand for any non-technical users.

Perhaps something along the lines of:

"A locally hosted SVG file that can be displayed as an image."
