It would be good to support the Typed Relation field type from https://www.drupal.org/project/controlled_access_terms → - these a taxonomy terms but with additional metadata (the type), e.g. MARC Relators such as creator or contributor matching against a taxonomy of Person terms.
It looks like all that needs changing is to add "typed_relation" to the field_types for InotherwordsListFormatter.
