Menu not keyboard accessible

When using the archive without link, the year and month toggles are not keyboard accessible.

Create a view using views blogspot archive with the link setting unchecked.
Try to use the keyboard to access the items in the list.

Use semantic HTML elements instead of spans and apply correct ARIA attributes.

Some elements that used to be links are now buttons.

I created a merge request that will change the spans to buttons, applied appropriate ARIA attributes to the buttons and regions, and updates the javascript and css to use these new attributes for behaviors and styling.
