Link to edit AI Automators goes to wrong place

Problem/Motivation

When the AiChainForm is built, it adds operations links for all configured AI Automators on the entity. For the "Edit" operation, it generates a link to the AI Automator entity's edit form: this form is not where users are expected to configure AI Automators, and does not contain any information to edit except for the label of the AI Automator.

Proposed resolution

Users are directed to configure AI Automators in the Field Settings form of the field that the AI Automator is attached to. this would be a more appropriate place to direct the users to. This form relies on Field UI being enabled, so if it is not the link should be removed entirely.
