Grid icons images should be round

Problem/Motivation

🐛 The grid Icons block doesn't display SVG images RTBC inadvertently removed the rounded corners from icons that use non-SVG images. As per the documentation, "All icon/images will be displayed with a circular crop."

Steps to reproduce

Add a Grid Icon block with PNG images. Observe the corners are not rounded.

Proposed resolution

Restore the rounded-circle class to the grid icons
