Modal prevent scrolling after using the close (x) button

Problem/Motivation

When using the close (x) button on the modal, it's impossible to scroll in the page again.

Steps to reproduce

Try to publish a node
When the modal show up (see attached screenshot), press the close (x) button.
Then try to scroll the page.

Proposed resolution

In the close function I ask the dialog to close, not sure the right way to proceed but it work.
