Modal prevent scrolling after using the close (x) button

Appears to be same issue in 3.0.x, adding to 3.0.x also

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

I reverted this due to problems found in the 3.0.x branch, and not fully understanding this change. Are you seeing javascript exceptions in your environment when using release 2.0.33 ?

Seems like possible endless loop.
