This is actually reviewable now, because the layout is fixed in 📌 Implement full node content widths to match designs Active .

So all we have here is the related block heading styling and removing the user picture.

No obvious problems that I can see at the code level...didn't manually test, but it's gotta be better than what's in HEAD.
