Include autocomplete_deluxe

Problem/Motivation

I've seen in the content model that for the forms we will be using entity reference autocomplete tags.
I've recently discovered autocomplete_deluxe → which is an improvement visually and I think it helps with UX too (did you ever heard: what's that number in parenthesis? can we remove it? I'm pretty sure you did)

Proposed resolution

Install autocomplete_deluxe and replace in every entity form (and document in ADR) to use this instead of entity_reference_autocomplete_tags e.g. for tags in the blog recipe.

Remaining tasks

Decide if we want this.
This will be post-1.0 at this time.
