If a media is not available, there is no way for the admins to know about the media that is no longer available(media id/resource url). There should be a logger/message that can help to identify the details of the media not present.
Try to add a Remote video link that is not present. The message is displayed "This media item is no longer available."
Add a logger to track the media details like resource url, media id for the media which is no longer available.
