Move community, support and resources sections up

It seems to me, that the sooner new users know where to connect with the community, find further documentation and support, the better. But these resources are placed at the end, in "Chapter 14. Final thoughts".

Maybe move the three sections up into "Chapter 1. Understanding Drupal"?

Or "Chapter 14. Final thoughts" could be placed as a new "Chapter 2. Community and support"?
