Shortcut "Create a sidebar block" gives you a 404

I see Block Content is not installed by default. Not sure if that was overlooked?
If it wasn't, then we definitely need to remove the shortcut.

Thanks for the reminder! I created an issue for this, just wanted to wait a bit to make the calls until we had more stuff. For sure, create a block does not make sense.
