Ajax error while installing Drupal11

Drupal install is heavily tested. This is either a platform requirements issue or a rare bug, which may already be reported. We need more information from you to investigate the situation.

1. Check the browser console log for more details.
2. Check the PHP error log for errors or exceptions.

In addition we need a summary description of the platform on which you are trying to install Drupal.

I am using wampserver64,
and 'Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET' error showing in my console.
