Make it possible to delete a content on installation

Make it possible to add a list of content items to delete if they exist on installation finishing.

This is so that links to the setup process can be removed if they are not needed anymore, in the case of Drupal CMS from the dashboard.

Add a config where you can define content items with entity type and uuid that should be deleted.
Remove them if they exist.
