I don't understand the nature of this report as a bug. Can you explain in some more detail what the problem is here?
Taxonomy term Overview Page lists all terms with title as a link. This is not useful as the user can edit the term from the operations.
- Create a vocabulary.
- Create taxonomy terms.
- The listing of the taxonomy terms has title as a link.
The link from the title in taxonomy terms overview page can be removed.
