Change Events menu links to menu link entities

Nice and straightforward. A few more things:

• The exported menu links are improperly named.
• We should probably ensure that the recipe enables the menu_link_content module, if it doesn't already, and imports the main menu from the System module.
• We should remove the core patch from composer.json
