Provide render array instead of HTML to all ajax commands

Allow to provide only render and use CommandWithAttachedAssetsTrait. Please see InsertCommand as an example.

Make a decision on how to preserve backwards compatibility. Maybe we should deprecate the actual classes and create new ones. For instance PrivateMessageInboxInsertThreadsCommand (deprecated) -> InboxInsertThreadsCommand (new)
