Responsive UI - Layout

There is no problem in the desktop environment, everything is fine, but on mobile screens the dialog overflows the screen and breaks the current UI.

Responsive widths per breakpoint should be possible.

Add the ability to choose different dialog width for pre-configured breakpoints or auto responsive width based on screen size without settings.

Make it configurable per dialog.
Any scenario that utilize Admin Dialogs must have the option to turn the responsive on or off
CSS compatibility with common themes or core
- Integrate with Gin CSS
- Integrate with Claro CSS
- or Create a new main CSS library

There is not much we can do with the dialogs. The dialog component itself is a Drupal core component. The admin dialog module is only enhancing it by providing ability to add it to different parts of Drupal. If you see issues with it its most likely issue either with the theme or the core.
