Problem/Motivation

The change is based on permissions so the permission to join a group should be removed from AU outsider role.
The improvement should apply by default when a new platform is setup

The improvement should apply by default to all existing platforms

  • As an AU I can not Join an Open to Join group; the Join button is not visible for AU
  • As an AU I can not request to join a request to Join group; the request to join button is not visible for AU
  • As an AU I can not see the invite only button; the Invite only button is not visible for AU
  • As an AU I can not be invited to join a group
  • AU users are not displayed in the list when a user is trying to invite someone to a group
  • As an AU I can not be added directly as a member of a group
  • AU users are not displayed in the list when a user is trying to add someone to a group
  • As an AU I can not quick join any group. Using a quick join link will give me an access denied
  • As an AU user I can not use a direct link to join a group. link will give me an access denied
