Spreadsheet sheet cannot be changed

Problem/Motivation

When entering a spreadsheet URL, the sheet ID is always set to 0. Example url copied straight from the address bar:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tAMZI57Nr6w8-pMXXN_ZDX9wokRkV7CFj1pTVAVRJO8/edit?gid=0#gid=0

Also, when creating a submission having previously selected a certain sheet ID which has been removed in the meantime, the submission fails.

Proposed resolution

Improve parsing and validation of the sheet ID.
