Users are unable to find the list of available providers, the deprecated list is confusing

Problem/Motivation

Users have reported that they are unsure of how to set things up. They arrive at the AI core configuration page and it says this for example

No AI providers are installed for Embeddings calls, please %install and %configure one first.

(with links replaced). But at install they do not see providers to install besides the deprecated onces.

Steps to reproduce

Be a new user never having used the module before and attempt to install

Proposed resolution

Link out to the AI module homepage from these help messages pointing to the list of providers
