should require drupal/inline_entity_form ^1 || ^3

Here's a patch for the issue mentioned. We needed to update to version 3.0 of inline_entity_form in order to upgrade to Drupal 11.

FYI, it looks like there's a similar problem with the video_embed_field module which is also required by the module but the referenced version is not D11-compatible.

Adding a patch to fix both issues.

Last patch didn't apply cleanly in composer. Trying it again with explicit references to V3 of both modules.
