Workflow is not updated based on auctions starts and end dates.

Problem/Motivation

Workflow is not updated based on auctions starts and end dates eventhough cron has ran.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create auction node with auction item.
2. Start start and end dates should be features.
3. Go to view node, we can see "Auction is yet to start".
4. Go to edit node and change start date to current/earlier date in the auction item.
5. Now we can see Place a bid option. When we click place a bid it will throw an error "This auction is not yet open!". Becuase of "Acution status" is not changed to "Active".
