Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
Currently the separator is hard-coded in protected $labelSeparator = ' ';
It should be a settings on a dedicated settings page instead (at /admin/commerce/config/products/commerce-better-product-variation-label) which defaults to a space.
It should be a required value.
