After an update i got :
twig\Error\SyntaxError: An exception has been thrown during the compilation of a template ("Attribute "twig_callable" does not exist for Node "Twig\Node\Expression\FilterExpression".") in "core/themes/stable9/templates/field/field--node--title.html.twig". in Twig\Environment->compileSource() (line 549 of /var/simplesamlphp/vendor/twig/twig/src/Environment.php).

/var/simplesamlphp/vendor/twig/twig/src/Environment.php isn't Drupal, but it is processing Drupal templates, so you have an unusual setup that you must explain. This is not a Drupal bug.
we are using the module simplesamlphp_auth and the simplesamlphp library is in drupal/vendor/bin
i don't know why the twig is processed by simplesamlphp
