Add MidCamp Bluesky logo to footer

Problem/Motivation

A Bluesky account for MidCamp was recently established. We should put a link to it in the footer of the website.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Goto MidCamp.org
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Bluesky is missing from the social icon set

Proposed resolution

  1. Leverage the Bluesky media kit to obtain the svg code for a white version of the bluesky logo
  2. Add Bluesky logo with link to MidCamp Bluesky page to the social footer [custom block]
