With PHP 7, eu_cookie_compliance.libraries.yml causes Drupal to crash

Problem/Motivation

When running the module under PHP 7, there's an error thrown:

Drupal\Core\Asset\Exception\InvalidLibraryFileException: Invalid library definition in modules/contrib/eu-cookie-compliance/eu_cookie_compliance.libraries.yml: Malformed inline YAML string: "{ minified: true," at line 5 (near " minified: true,").

Proposed resolution

Although not many are affected, removing the trailing comma will fix this issue.
