Prevent flash of unstyled content by refactoring the code

On slower computers, a flash of unstyled content (FOUC) is visible when switching a page.

Load the JavaScript code loading the colour scheme class name directly in the HTML tag.

Refactor the CSS selectors to take into account the new location of the configured colour scheme class name.
