Fix eslint warning in viewsreference.js

It seems the code related to showing/hiding display ID causes this error:

viewsreference.js
  38:7  error  Prefer local event to ajaxComplete  no-jquery/no-ajax-events

Some options:

Maybe we can use drupal ajax instead? Needs testing it still works with chosen as per #2918832: Viewsreference field select not hidden when using chosen →
Make the ajax event local, need to find a reliable source key to target listening for ajax on
