Discuss merging twig_casings in to twig_tools

Problem/Motivation

I have created a module called twig_casings https://www.drupal.org/project/twig_casings → .
Maintainer of twig_tools suggested it could be a candidate for rolling in to twig tools.

Let's discuss and create a MR if desired.

Proposed resolution

If appropriate merge twig_casings into twig_tools and mark twig_casings as abandoned (or other appropriate status) and point people towards twig_tools instead.
