Layout tab going to live site

I'm working on a local development copy of my site using WSL on Windows 11 with Ubuntu and Lando. When I click on the Layout tab of a node that is setup to use Layout Builder, the page that loads is my live site. That is, I'm viewing and editing:

https://mysite.lndo.site/path/page-name
https://mysite.lndo.site/node/1614/edit

But when I mouse over and then click on the Layout tab, it says and takes me to:

https://mysite.com/node/1614/layout

I honestly don't know what else I can say that will help troubleshoot this. I spent 30 minutes trying to edit something in that layout before I even realized what was happening. If you have any ideas what I can check, please let me know and/or ask any follow-up questions to help me troubleshoot and I'll answer them asap.

    @dchaffin, The Drupal Core issue queue is not the ideal place for support requests. The 'support request' option is there for filing support issues for contributed modules and themes. There are several support options listed on our support page → (Community > Support at the top of Drupal.org) and there is Drupal Slack → . You may get better replies in one of those places.
