Theming love for media document file downloads

The media download feels a bit un-styled. Perhaps a download icon and background colour?

Theming may go beyond styling - consider that PDFs can be downloaded (download) as well as open in browser (open).

@tonypaulbarker where are you seeing media downloads? We can get the Olivero subtheme folks to design this, just need some more details.

We don't plan to do any more development (other than major bug fixes) in the Olivero subtheme so closing this.
