Error on edit post.photo.field_visibility field

If you click on

/admin/structure/post/photo/edit/fields/post.photo.field_visibility

You get

TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in count() (line 243 of /home/i/ххх/ххх/public_html/core/modules/field_ui/src/Form/FieldConfigEditForm.php).
