This is similar to #3129130: Chart Views Breaking with Twig Debug Enabled → , but specifically for the label when it is decoded.
With twig debug enabled, and a chart displaying as a pie chart, labels will often just appear as ellipses in the legend as they contain multiple line breaks after having their tags stripped out. Simply trimming the label after stripping the tags fixes this issue.
