Offering to co-maintain Simple Cron

Updated after contacting Edvinas. I attempted to find him via Drupal Slack as well but no joy there.

It has now been 15 days since the request for co-maintainership of https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_cron →

There is another issue open from https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_cron/issues/3453929 → but this was denied due to no security coverage.

Edvinas Baranauskas has not logged in on drupal.org in more than a year and he has not replied to the previous message I sent for the linked offer.
