Problem/Motivation

Timeouts, custom loggings, proxy handling and other settings might be interesting for a site owner to control when working with AI.

We need an event so you can control the configuration of the Guzzle/PSR Client.

Proposed resolution

Remove the use of the global Drupal service client.
Create our own client per provider
Add an event where you can change the configuration of it.
