Fix indistinguishable table link styling

Either this is caused by CSS styles applied by the theme, or by a custom module used on drupal.org.

I edited the page to correct the markup. The whole table had been enclosed in another table, all in a single th tag. Links inside a table heading are styled for tablesort header links
