There are instructions in readme.md and module page
when there is a new version, admin go to config and press generate button, it will add news icon to library
In a Composer-based world it's hard to update the icons to a newer set. It would be more useful to load the icons from the libraries/bootstrap-icons/icons directory, where it would be when downloaded using Composer.
Document how to download newer icons using Composer so they can be used in the codebase.

Documentation on loading the icons using Composer.
An option would exist in the configuration to use the icons from the "libraries/bootstrap-icons/icons" directory.
