Error: Call to a member function getPlugin() on null

Can you explain why the plugin configuration cannot be loaded? I think the problem is in your installation.

We have an integration to Medpass authentication (for doctors). After the authentication is complete it returns back to the site. This should log in the user but it cannot do so due to the said issue.
